1. General Terms

These terms describe customer communications provided by All About You Plumbing & Heating, LLC, including its optional PlumbDispatch SMS messaging program. Separate estimates, invoices, service authorizations, and agreements may govern work performed, pricing, warranties, and payment.

2. SMS Program Description

Customers who enroll may receive service-related SMS/MMS messages about plumbing and HVAC appointments, scheduling changes, technician arrivals, estimates, work authorizations, invoices, payment notifications, customer inquiries, and related service documentation. This program does not include unrelated promotional or marketing messages.

3. Enrollment and Consent

Customers may enroll by expressly agreeing during a telephone conversation with our office after receiving an explanation of the program. Enrollment is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing services. Consent applies to the service-related messaging described here.

4. Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies depending on the number of appointments, service requests, estimates, invoices, and customer interactions. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge a separate fee to enroll in the SMS program; wireless carriers may charge for messages or data.

5. Opt Out

Reply STOP to any message from our SMS program to unsubscribe. You may receive one final opt-out confirmation. No further program messages will be sent unless you subsequently provide valid consent. You may also call our office to request removal.

7. Carrier and Delivery Disclaimer

Message delivery may depend on wireless carrier availability, network conditions, and device compatibility. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. For urgent service matters, call our office instead of relying exclusively on text messages.

8. Privacy

9. Estimates, Authorizations, and Invoices

Messages may link to estimates, authorization requests, invoices, or service documentation. Receiving a message does not itself authorize work or constitute acceptance of charges. Customers should review applicable terms and complete the required approval process.

10. Changes

We may update or discontinue the SMS program. Material updates to these terms will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date.
